TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • The total or balance of payment for your booking must be PAID IN ADVANCE
  • For Immigration purposes, a copy of your current passport including Arrival Card must be provided at Check-In.
  • No refundable room charge in case of early checking out. Key card or manual key if lost during staying will be charge each 500THB upon checking out and damage things in room will be charged as on damage list automatically.

CHECK-OUT and CHECK-IN TIMES

  • Check-Out time is no later than 12 a.m. Check-In time is from 2pm. onwards.
  • Requests for extended stays and late check-out need to be made at Reception a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
  • Approval is dependents upon room availability and the Hotel’s prior commitments.
  • A late Check-Out, between 12a.m. to 6 pm., will incur a charge of 50% of your daily room rate. Check-Out after 6 pm. will incur a full day’s room rate.

EARLY CHECK-OUT POLICY

  • After check-In and full payment has been made, there will be no refund given for any case of early Check-Out .

GUEST SAFETY & SECURITY

  • The Hotel’s Health & Safety Laws only aloe certain rooms to accommodate 3 guests. All other rooms are restricted and licensed for ONLY TWO GUESTS. Any addition visitor/s staying in your room are required to pay 50% of the daily room rate per person.
  • For your own safety and security, please ensure any additional guests are registered at reception PRIOR to entering or going to your room.
  • All items of value or importance should always be kept in the In-Room Personal Safety Deposit Box Provided.
    The management team and staff will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen property.

ROOM MAKE-UP • ROOM INVENTORY • ROOM & HOTEL FACILITIES

  • Please treat all the room and hotel facilities with utmost respect. Any Lost, Damages or stolen items will be charged to your room account. Charges for such items is entirely at the Hotel’s discretion and is non-negotiable.
  • Additional cleaning of excessively dirty rooms or hotel facilities will be charged at the discretion of the Hotel.
  • Bathroom Towels can be changed daily. Bathroom Towels that are damaged or not in your room at Check-Out will be deemed as needing replacement. The charge for any damaged or lost towels is 500THB.
  • You are liable for Pool Towels and will be charged 500THB for each lost or damaged Towel. All Hotel rooms are NON-SMOKING. A sanitization fee of 2000THB will be charged to your account if there is ANY breach of this rule.
  • Please notify Reception immediately if your room inventory or mini-bar items are not same as the inventory/list provided. The mini-bar is stocked and charged daily. Contact Reception if you require any additional mini-bar items. We provide a daily room make-up. Due to different sleeping times of our Guests, room make-up is done only upon request. Ensure the ‘Room Make-Up’ sign is displayed on the external on the door handle prior to 3pm. if your require this service.
  • Be advised that the Hotel uses Government Electricity Supply and therefore we have no control over and accepts no responsibility for power shortages or fluctuations to your room supply. Our backup Generator services only the Hotel Common Areas & Restaurants.
